Dr.
Picano holds an undergraduate degree from the University
of Rochester and a Doctorate of Medicine from S.U.N.Y.
Buffalo School of Medicine (1984). He served his internship
in Internal Medicine at Erie County Medical Center
in Buffalo and his residency in Diagnostic Radiology
at Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington, Massachusetts
in 1990 Dr. Picano completed a fellowship in Neuroradiology
at Harvard Medical School's Massachusetts General
Hospital. He received postgraduate training in Stereo-tactic
Breast Biopsies (1995) from the Presbyterian Breast
Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. Dr. Picano holds
certification from the American Board of Radiology
and is a Senior Member of the American Society of
Neuroradiology.
