Dr.
Omar holds medical degrees from the University of
Bombay (1968) and is a Fellow of the Royal College
of Surgeons at Edinburgh, U.K.(1971). He completed
his residency in Radiology at S.U.N.Y. Upstate Medical
Center, Syracuse, NY, in 1977. He was on the teaching
staff at S.U.N.Y. Upstate Medical Center from 1977
to 1979 as an instructor and an Assistant Professor
in Radiology and Angiography. Dr. Omar has authored
several articles in Radiology literature and has given
presentations at national meetings. He is certified
by the American Board of Radiology.
